1. Prices
   1. Unless stated differently, the offered prices shall be ex works and including package.
   2. Oral or telephonic agreements require a written confirmation in order to become legally effective.
   3. The prices have been calculated on the basis of actual costs. A changed cost situation, especially caused by rising prices for raw materials and changes in exchange rates, will entitle us to change prices.
   4. The prices are exclusive of VAT.
   5. Orders shall only be accepted at the prices valid at the moment of delivery.
2. Delivery
   1. For orders under a net value of goods of EURO 50,00 we will charge a handling fee of EURO 10,00/delivery.
   2. Goods of a value of more than EURO 350,00 shall be delivered free domicile, as far as no other conditions have been agreed upon.
3. Claims
   1. Claims can be accepted within 8 days after reception of goods. We will replace the concerned goods, have to reject, however, any further requirements.
   2. The indicated measures and weights represent non-binding average values.
   3. Changes in the course of technical progress shall be carried out without any particular announcements.
4. Delivery date
   1. The delivery date shall only be valid under ordinary operating conditions and must be considered as non-binding.
   2. Placed orders can only be cancelled with our consent.
   3. Compensation for damages, delay penalties or deductions because of delivery delays shall be excluded.
   4. The delivery will be carried out with retention of title until complete payment of the purchase price. This shall also be valid in case of resale.
5. Invoices
   1. Invoices shall be payable net after reception, as long as not other conditions have been agreed upon.
   2. In case of a delayed payment we shall be entitled to charge default interests.
